We’ll reply within 24 hours with a clear price, and if you’re happy, we’ll prepare a custom mockup for approval.
Approve & We Build
Once the mockup is approved, we’ll send a secure payment link and start on your bespoke sign straight away.

Once we recieve payment, our standard lead time is 6 - 10 working day productions + 1 -2 day delivery. We do have express options available which bring delivery time to as little as 4 days. However, if you need it sooner and have a super tight time-frame, please drop us a message and we'll see have we can do.
Standard delivery: 4-7 business days
Express delivery: 2-3 business days (available at checkout)
All our neon signs come with a 3-year warranty plus lifetime support from our team.
Year 1 covers accessories, power supply and delivery/redelivery cost.
Years 2 - 3 covers all parts and repair costs of the sign.
Please note - Outdoor signs only have a 1 year warranty.
We try to het back to all quote requests within one working day, but during busy periods it may be up to two days.
Absolutely our signs are safe for indoor use! Our LED neon signs are:
- Low voltage (12V)
- Minimal heat output
- Energy efficient
- Safe to touch
We do have a waterproof outdoor option available. However this is for the sign only and accessories and power supplies must be kept dry.
We don't recommend leaving waterproof signs outdoors all year round as harsh weather and frost can degrade the waterproofing over time.
